Argentine Techno: 444 Series launches Archives Vol. 1

The Argentine label 444 Series launches Archives, a new Various Artists series that aims to connect artists from different scenes under an identity centered on Argentine techno, groove, and club sound.

Argentine techno: 444 Series inaugurates Archives, a new series of Various Artists

Within the Argentine techno scene, 444 Series has established itself in recent years as a label with a well-defined identity, focused on the rawest, deepest, and most hypnotic sounds of the genre. Founded by Argentine DJ/producer Victoria Engel, and currently under the management of DJ/producer Ronze, the label has built a catalog where artists like Flug, Zisko, Bondaruk, SMT, CENTRALDATA, Eme Kulhnek, and Dying, among others, coexist.

Now, the label takes a new step with the release of Archives Vol. 1, the first chapter of a series of Various Artists compilations that will have its own space within the 444 Series catalog.

The proposal was born with the clear idea of bringing together producers who share the label's sonic vision and creating a meeting point between artists from different scenes, while maintaining a musical direction consistent with the identity that the label has been developing since its inception.

For this first installment, the compilation gathers five original productions from Pampa, Conrado Stein, Franem, Kernel Panic (AR), and Lucho (VE), where a strong emphasis on groove and a clear direction towards the dancefloor are evident. Throughout the release, the different nuances shown by each producer offer us a coherent journey through contemporary Argentine techno, raw techno, and hypnotic techno.

With Archives Vol. 1, 444 Series inaugurates a new editorial line within the label and opens up a platform designed to continue incorporating artists who share the same sensitivity around raw, deep, hypnotic, and functional techno for the club.
