ENCODED begins its journey with the first release from SINTH

Founded by Lucas Banchero (SINTH) and Valentina Napoli, the project was born with a clear idea: to build a space where rhythm is not only a musical structure, but also a form of communication.

Travel Trends That Are Shaping the Future of Global Exploration

ENCODED begins its journey with the first release from SINTH

Within the ecosystem of the Argentine underground techno scene, new projects continue to emerge with the intention of creating spaces for artists and producers who approach the genre from a deeper perspective. One of these cases is ENCODED, a new platform created in Argentina with the aim of exploring techno as a language, beyond its immediate function on the dancefloor.

Founded by Lucas Banchero (SINTH) and Valentina Napoli, the project was born with a clear idea: to build a space where rhythm is not only a musical structure, but also a form of communication.

For ENCODED, every rhythmic pattern contains a kind of code — a memory that connects body, mind and community through sound. From this perspective, techno is understood as something more than a functional tool for the dancefloor: it becomes an experience that can be introspective, physical and emotional at the same time.

Techno with intention

Rather than following trends or pre-established formulas, the project focuses on music with identity. Tracks that breathe, that have texture, and that communicate something beyond their immediate functionality.

The collective moves precisely within that middle ground between deep listening and movement, where techno can work both as a mental experience and as a physical energy inside the club.

From this perspective, ENCODED proposes an approach where sound becomes a space to explore ideas, sensations and shared memories. A place where rhythm breaks daily programming and opens the possibility of feeling and thinking in a different way.

The first release: “Sumeria” and “Tribu”

The project begins its catalogue with a first release by Argentine producer and label owner SINTH, presenting the tracks “Sumeria” and “Tribu”, available as a free download as the starting point of the label.

According to ENCODED, the choice of these two tracks was not accidental.

Both clearly summarize the sonic identity the project aims to develop: rhythmic, hypnotic techno with a strong atmospheric presence.

The sound of the release also connects with a particular visual aesthetic the collective plans to explore, inspired by early-2000s digital culture and the iconography of CDs from that era.

Rather than building a fixed narrative around the music, the intention is to leave space for interpretation.

For its creators, the connection with these tracks also carries a sense of personal memory — a feeling that goes back to their first encounters with electronic music, when discovering techno still had an element of mystery and exploration.

A bridge between scenes

With this first release, ENCODED takes the first step in a project that aims to develop over time through future releases and collaborations.

The label’s intention is to gradually build a bridge between the Argentine underground and the global scene, bringing together artists who share the same sensibility: understanding techno as a medium for transmitting ideas, emotions and experiences.

Along that path, the message is simple but clear:

rhythm as language, sound with intention.
